Kaushik has more than 25 years’ experience in Business and Digital Transformation engagements globally, in leadership roles in Asia-Pacific and the USA. Currently, Kaushik runs his own boutique consulting practice as a Value Advisor for Digital Technologies, Sales Performance Consultant and a Supply Chain Expert.
Kaushik is a certified facilitator for the core Miller Heiman Group programs such as – Strategic Selling (SS), Large Account Management Program (LAMP), Conceptual Selling, SPIN Selling Conversation and SPIN 2.0. Additionally, he is an ASQ certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Adult Education Facilitator.
Kaushik’s diversified industry leadership experience covers Consumer Products, Retail, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Financial Services and Telecommunications across Asia and North America. This has included career stints with SAP, Oracle, PwC Consulting and IBM. He has driven business transformation programs across multiple industries counts among his clientele PPG, HP, Equinix, Fuji Xerox, Canon, Foxconn, Huawei, Motorola, Uniqlo and Standard Chartered Bank among others.
Before starting his own consulting and training initiative, Kaushik was at SAP as the Vice President of Industry Value Engineering and Presales Group for SAP, South East Asia. In this role he led Business Value selling, Market Planning, Account Planning and Business Development initiatives, across all product areas and industry verticals. He was also a member of the APJ Management Development Board at SAP.
Prior to SAP, he was with Oracle, where he operated in multiple roles; as the ASEAN Insight leader (a Technology Value Consulting group), Global Supply Chain Tiger Team lead for APAC, APAC Product Management leader for Supply Chain products and in Pre-Sales.
Kaushik is passionate about consulting, facilitating and mentoring. He is also associated with a few leading management schools in South Asia as Visiting/Adjunct Faculty where he takes Analytics, Supply chain and IT courses for Graduate and Undergraduate students.
Kaushik holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering from NIT Trichy, both being top-tier educational institutes in Inda.
Shubro is an Economics and Technology Management graduate with a Diploma, Bachelors and Masters from The London School of Economics, University of London. He possesses 16 years of experience having started in the technology domain as a management consultant with a focus on technology led process improvement initiatives and later stewarded large enterprise value creation programs in a CXO advisory capacity. In the last 4 years, Shubro has also worked in the corporate finance advisory domain specializing in the energy sector working alongside leading industry experts in structuring and advising on financing requirements for energy deals with an emphasis on the renewable energy sector.
He started his career as a functional consultant in the ERP domain before moving to more governance and strategy related roles. He has served in a CXO advisory role between 2005 to 2011 across diverse industries from financial services, manufacturing/distribution to healthcare inclusive of Fortune 100 companies. Hi core expertise is in running large value realization programs (PMO/VMO) with a current focus on supply chain intensive industries. As part of his experience he has strong capabilities in building consulting sales & delivery, structuring advisory portfolios and establishing teams in the Management and Technology consulting domain. His experience includes both large and medium enterprises across Europe, Middle East and Asia (India, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines). Organizations he has served till date are SAP Malaysia & SEA, PricewaterhouseCoopers India, ICICI Bank India and Wipro Ltd. Middle East.

Surajit has worked as an Engineering professional in various organizations starting with Aeronautics, Consumer Electronics, and also as a management consultant across various sectors in Singapore. Surajit worked in quality and engineering management functions in organizations like Philips Singapore, ST Ericsson, and as a certified management consultant in Singapore Manufacturing Federation. Has gained himself with an impressive consulting skills and knowledge in areas ranging from productivity improvement & operational excellence, applications of lean six sigma, business process re-engineering, project management, quality & reliability management (Design Q, Supplier Q, and Manufacturing Q & Customer Quality), OEM/ODM supplier management, consulting on business model innovation, and also in TAE (Training & Adult Education) sector.
As a certified consultant (PMC) under SPRING Singapore, Surajit also planned and executed productivity improvement projects (ICV, CDG under SPRING) particularly applying Lean & Six Sigma methodology, business process re-engineering strategy, quality management & environmental management system, warehouse management system for SMEs, LLCs, & MNCs in Singapore; Customized Lean Six Sigma Yellow & Green Belt training followed by project coaching / implementation for productivity improvement, project management for a research & benchmarking project (SPRING funded) on innovation & productivity applicable to Singapore Manufacturing sector, Coach industries in deploying operational excellence concepts, implement continuous improvement (CI) projects.
